I began digging into nutrition in high school to become a better athlete, and in the process I really began to enjoy the topic of nutrition and how improving food choices can benefit everyone!

Below, I have highlighted my educational experience! 



University of Central Arkansas

As a graduate of the MS in Nutrition at UCA, students enhance their ability to serve as effective leaders in the field of nutrition and dietetics.  The program includes core course work in research and statistics,  nutrition in exercise & sports, pediatric nutrition therapy, diabetic nutrition therapy, nutrition administration, Nutrition assessment, medical nutrition therapy, and other nutrition-specific classes.


Kieth and Associates Distance Dietetic Internship

The mission of the Keith & Associates Distance Dietetic Internship is to train dietetic interns to become competent Registered Dietitian Nutritionists delivering the highest possible standard of quality for patient care and also the highest standard of professionalism and customer care.

1000+ Hours of Supervised course work: 220hrs at Morrison living in Food Service. 160hrs at Eating Disorder Treatment Center of Albuquerque.  120hrs at Road Runner Food Bank in Community Nutrition. 150hrs at Davita Kidney Care in Clinical. 300hrs at San Juan Regional Medical Center in Clinical.

2019 Graduate

University of New Mexico

The UNM Nutrition & Dietetics Program prepares nutrition professionals  to work in public health, clinical care, and management.

Relevant Coursework: Applied  Nutrition & Exercise, Exercise Physiology, Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry I & II, Medical Nutrition Therapy I & II, Nutrients in Human Nutrition, Community Nutrition, Methods in Nutrition Education, Health Behavior Theory, Life Cycle of Nutrition, Management in Dietetics.

Additional Coursework: Kinesiology, Intro into Athletic Training, Test & Measurements in Physical Education,
